We make our models using 3D CAD design software, 3D printing and old-school modeling skills.
We started building models many years ago and developed our own technique, trying to keep prices down, quality and level of detailing up. All our clients have been very happy with the results.
The price of each individual model will vary. The largest part of our building process is preparing the file for 3D printing, which means that the second copy is cheaper.
For regular clients, the price will be as low as possible.
PDF floor plans and elevations – this is all we need to quote and start building the model.

BASIC MODEL
Our Basic Model option is the best value for money. After years of research and development, we have produced this professional, high-quality product.
The Basic Model includes:

A complete house model with removable roof and a flat floor

Up to three exterior colours of your choice

White interior walls and underside of the roof

All exterior windows and doors in your choice of white, grey, black or timber

Ground decks and some landscaping

A Car and a couple of people

A Kitchen and a laundry

Bathrooms and beds for 1:75 and 1:50 scales

Interior doors for 1:50 scale
